Mines Disk form aswell, it was cheaper from amazon lol , go into your D drive and right click/make new folder, and name it Origin, then uninstall origin from your control panel, restart pc, in my computer open C drive click folder options, an tick a box for "show Hidden folders" ( you can google this) noiw in C drive folder you will have" Program Data" folder now shown, open and look for any folder named origin and delete, now when you come to reinstall origin and it asks for location on c to be installed just change that location to D/Origin, which is the folder you created earlier

FYI you don't need to uninstall/reinstall Origin to change install folders. You can do that right within the application settings on an as-needed basis. Steam works similarly, only it gives you install options per install.
