Many dragons, as detailed http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Dragon and within the game files, have access to Unrelenting Force, yet I have never seen them use it in game. Is this a bug? Or is there another underlying issue?

Is there a lore-backed reason for why dragons don't know half the shouts the Dragonborn can use? I'd be interested to know that.

Strangely enough, alduin used it on me like 4 times in a row on my current play through. Breaking my bonds... Which some how managed to re-attach.... Damn spriggan twine..

I think this was disabled due to balancing. Kinda like how Draugr Fus Ro Dahs are pathetic and weak. Stupid idea to stop it IMO.

I thought one of the patches brought this back into the game.
