after interfacing with the second ceph mindcarrier i make my way to the 3rd and final mindcarrier
only to die.
When the game respawns me im actually stuck (encapsulated) inside the 2nd mindcarrier.
only way to fix is exit the game and then log back in.

this is my second playthrough and it has happened both times.
