Highlight reels and killcams need to be skip-able.

There are a few bugs I've seen. One game, I've been completely invisible (not cloaked) in my killcams. I guess the enemy saw me, unless they were all hacking, but I was unable to see myself.

Also, I've seen myself in the killcam once in 'Civilian Mode' like in TF2 ( http://tf2wiki.net/wiki/civilian )
