I have a Necklace of grounding I bought quite a while ago, I went through RavenRock mine to Bloodskaal barrow and killed the Dragon Priest there (Can't remember the name) and grabbed his mask of course. The mask gives you 50% resistance to electrical attacks and adds 25% to YOUR electrical attacks. Whenever I encounter cultists they favor lightning attack spells and have only daggers for melee. I put on the necklace and Mask (Is it Zarcosis? Something like that) and stand around yawning till they close then pull my sword and attack them normally, For a change I'm going to start giving them a taste of their own medicine till they close. :tops:
