No matter what graphic settings I put the game on I always get this really annoying micro stuter. I've looked through similar threads already and all the solutions have not worked for me. It doesn't do this on any other game and as you can see from my specs my pc can obviously handle this game.

It didn't stuter that badly in the beta, only rarely but now the game is actually out it's so bad and unplayable, I've died so many times already because of it.

Same. I have much weaker system than you (still over minimum requirement) but I have stutter too like you say

Hyper-threading on or off?
If its off I would try limiting my fps and see if that helps.

Same issue here. not in the two last levels tho.
