Weird error after patching

When I try to log into multiplayer I get this error....

"no product code for Crysis 3 is entitled on this account. Please use the Origin Client (EA) to activate the product''


I am launching through Origin and had no issues until the patch.

I tried redeeming the activation code in origin and it says it has already been used.
