Crytek, you seriously need to patch the weapons. The laser sight is only supposed to show without the iron sights, yet the iron sights are still on the gun when the laser sight is attached (ie Scarab). Second, the reload animations are very bugged, with the clip either loading and unloading itself, or the hand reloading an invisible clip. When you make a game, it's supposed to be finished!


Don't get me wrong, I love the game and I think the multiplayer is more fun than COD. But these two things need to be patched ASAP, or else the player count will keep decreasing. I imagine that if you care enough about your own game you wouldn't want that to happen.

Not sure if this is serious or trolling thread. Laser sight with iron sights is working as intended. You have the laser sight for hip fire, yet you also still have the iron sights for aiming down your sights. It would be odd to aim down your sights with nothing there :/

And about the reloading with an invisible clip, i personally have not encountered this yet, but this is quite a minor issue that really doesn't effect the game play at all. Most likely this is a corrupted texture on your end, I would try to "repair install" from within origin.

In the previous game it seemed that the laser sights were a replacement of, and not an addition to, the iron sights. I thought it looked cool. I was sure that it was in this game as well because in the weapon customization, the Scarab for example, has no iron sights and only the laser sights. I am not trolling, I really am being serious. Again, I like the game a lot. And I want it to be better than it already is. This is for the PS3 version.

I have not experienced any of those issues on the PC version.

I think I know what you're talking about.. Where with the laser sight you don't actually ADS, it just zooms in on the laser?.. Is that what you mean? I think certain weapons were like that in Crysis.

You do ADS, but yes it does zoom in on the laser point. You see the bridge of the gun, but there is no iron sight there and instead it's the laser dot. The Scarab in the weapon customization menu is like this, as well as the K-Volt, the Takedown, the Scar and perhaps a few other weapons. In Crysis 2 the Grendel was definitely like this.
