Randomized Door Reset

Is there a way that the location a door randomly connects to can be reset? I am working on a mod that creates highly randomized dungeons, similar to the old NWN mod Infinite Dungeons. Largely, I have just been using leveled lists and the built in Randomly Teleports door settings, and it has been working really well. But now I am finding that I would like to be able to completely reset a previously explored dungeon, but to do that I think I am going to require some scripting. Has anyone any suggestions how I might do this?

I think the only way is to create a new door reference. As far as I know there's no papyrus function to reset that and it's baked in your save.

Edit: Sorry, thinking in Skyrim terms there. I still don't think there's a script function for it however.
