Which graphical setting effects visibility of enemy cloaking

I apologize for the question if it has been answered previously, but is there a graphical setting or tweak that adjusts the visibility of enemies who are cloaked? Which setting controls how the cloak is rendered?

I run everything on Ultra, but have noticed the on occasion a Player will be almost completely invisible, If this can be Tweaked for Better Spotting and Cloaking then I doubt anyone will say it, :p

I on the other hand, run everything on low, no aa, 1xaf, nothing. And it is just the same as if i run everything on the highest settings. If the cloaked enemy is far away or mid range, i can easily see him, but if he comes close.. no chance! Sometimes i see someone being like inside me (on the radar) and i cannot see him at all.

Crank the Shadow- and Water quality all the way to ultra, so the shadow rendering gets as sharp as possible, and gets applied the best on liquid surfaces. And Post Processing somewhere bethween High and Ultra, depending how much appliance you want for it.

Set resolution to your monitor's maximum possible, Motion Blur and Lens Flare OFF, and all else on low, even Anti-Aliasing. This'll save you precious framerate and smoothness of the game, and biases focus on the shadow left from stealth mode.

Keep in mind, the actual reflection casting varies a lot, thanks to these initial launch unstabilities, but this way you'll at least get the best out of the shadow.

*EDIT: typo
