How the hell do I contact EA support?

As far as I see is almost *&$(%& impossible to speak to someone. Yesterday I bought the DDX version via origin, stupidly thinking I could get in some solid gaming.

No. I have the common issue of only C2 and the C3 OST being available in 'My Games'.

I can't find anyone to help and if there was an EA rep standing next to me I'd throttle him.

What am I supposed to do? I don't have time to wait in line for 2hrs on live chat, just to be told to try 'power cycling' my PC.

Sorry for the rage guys, I'm just pissed off that I spend $100 on something I can't use, and can't find any way to fix.
