Ok so, whenever I approach Westside New Vegas, my game crashes and I've tried the 'TMM 1' console command to see if it would even let me get near Westside or the Thorn, but it still crashes when I fast travel to the gates and anywhere near the Thorn
All I need to do is get to go to the Miguel's Pawn Shop for certain quests and acess to westside, does anybody have any suggestions or even a mod for my certain situation?

Are you running any mods that change things in Westside? If so, posting your load order would be helpful.

If that fixed it, then you've got some sort of mod conflict happening. If you want to use the mods, you're going to have to find the source of the conflict. Check your load order (use http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35999 to help you sort that out), and recheck all your mod readme files and other documentation for known conflicts and other tips.
