I wrote a script for one of my quests and I am trying to select in on the Quest Data tab and it is not showing up. I've verified the script is saved and I've saved the quest and re-opened but it's still not in the list to select. Not sure what the issue is, any ideas?

Did you set it as a Quest Script?
