Enclave commander is my favorite fallout mod. but the new version ( 090 ) is too buggy and the old version ( 080 ) does not have enough features ( the prisoner thing mostly ) is their a version in between?

No there is not a version between 080 and 090. I don't even know if the author is still working on this mod or not.

I think he still mods but i dont think enclave commander is still being worked on, his suggestion on the nexus page is if you dont like it open up the GECK and learn to mod

Ive modded for morrowind but im not going to deal with learning all the new functions...

Trust me. Scripting FO3 is a cake walk if you compare it to Morrowind scripting. You can do a heck of a lot more too.

I would get confused between the two ( typing FO functions in morrowind and morrowind functions in FO ).

I need help with something else; and didn't feel like starting another thread. The Sydney seen in this picture http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6341 ( hit images, hold CTRL and hit F, type sydney in the box and hit next twice. ) is being made by Dracomies its a simple texture replacer so he should be done by now and i was wondering if he uploaded it somewhere ( its not at nexus ) or if he was still working on it.
