Ritual Spell Quests

Are we limited to one of the Ritual Spell quests or something? Because I've done Conjuration, but Faralda hasn't given me the option to do Destruction yet, even though I'm level 98 in destruction, and it's supposed to only take 90, if I remember correctly

Sometimes you have to reach 100 in order for the dialogue to show up.
