About 10 hours back I competed one of the black book quests. I chose one of the perks and left. When I left I had this "snow" or "gnat" effect around my player.(I believe it occured there but I could be wrong). I just assumed that it was part of the perk but Im thinking not now. Its getting annoying..Its constant.
Anyone else have this and is there any way to get rid of it?
My last save is so far back because I just assumed it was part of the perk so I really dont want to go all the way back ( so many things have been done).

Ive tried reloading an old save then reload but no luck..Tried going back to all the books , no luck.
