Here's what I gather:

-Become Thane of all Nine Holds
-Daedric Quests
-Guild Quests (Companions, Thieves, College, Brotherhood)
-Main Quest
-Civil War
-Spread Miscellaneous Quests throughout

I know a sole characters won't do all quests (Warrior would do Companions, but not College), but if they did what order would be best? I'm talking about as many quests as possible (possibly all of them) and getting as much as humanly possible out of the game.

In order of the quests that affects nothing to the quests that are affected by other quests.

Do them however you like.

I don't follow a "best" order, but do whatever is convenient at the time. Usually, I pick a city and do all quests within, whether it's a guild, daedric, or fetch quest, and then move onto the next location once the previous one has nothing new to offer.

There is no right way to play the game. Just do whatever feels right for you or your character, if roleplaying.
