Not using human flesh and hearts is obvious, though what of the likes of Taproot and so on? Taproot comes from aggressive nature protectors called Spriggans and seemingly enemies of Hagravens, but I have no idea if Taproot is just something Spriggans carry that you happen to pick up or you literally cut off a piece of their body. Naturally cutting off body parts of sentient creatures to use in potions wouldn't really be something a CG alchemist would do, while if it was just something they carried than it'd be fine to use.
Basically, how would you lable the ingrediants by DnD standards of morality? Especially need some help figuring out those I put in the 'Not Sure' category below.

- Hawk Beak - No way to get this without killing the animal.
- Human Flesh - Acquired through the death of a sentient creature.
- Human Heart - " "
- Troll Fat - " "
- Skeever Tail - Acquiring this usually involves killing the animal.
- Vampire Dust - Harvest from the remains of undead creatures.

Not sure:

- Large/Small Antlers - " " but about deer.
- Sabre Cat Tooth - " " but about sabre cats.
- Slaughterfish Scales - " " but about slaughterfish.
- Creep Cluster - Technically a plant, but not sure if it is supposed to be Skyrim's version of that Daedric plant from Oblivion.
- Deathbell - While also just a plant, tends to have the reputation of death surrounding it.
- Nightshade - " "
- Fire Salts - Something a creature just happens to be carrying or the harvested remains?
- Frost Salts - " "
- Void Salts - " "
- Glow Dust - " "
- Ice Wraith Teeth - " "
- Hagraven Claw - While by DnD standerds an evil creature, claws are something that can be naturally shed.
- Hagraven Feathers - " "
- Charred Skeever Hide - Cooked food of bandits and other unsavory types.
- Moon Sugar - Basically an addictive drug that is made and dispersed by potentially ill-gotten means.
- Powdered Mammoth Tusk - As far as I know created by Giants, who may or may not have used broken off pieces of mammoth tusk.
- Spriggan Sap - Can only get this from merchants. 'Sap' might imply a Spriggan's actual blood or it is just a fancy name.
- Taproot - Spriggan body parts or just something a Spriggan carries?
- Wisp Wrappings - Technically an article of clothing, so possible a Wisp Mother could have this lying around, but acquiring this isn't something a Wisp Mother would just let others take. Requiring her death.
