I see a lot of the same monsters outdoors but when i travel to the desert part of Skyrim, i want to see giant scorpions, serpents, coyotes, rock monsters (Replace the name Ash Guardian), Giant lizards with crystals growing on their backs. Those are my desert themed choices. Comment on what you want to see in Skyrim, not just the desert!

'Desert part of Skyrim'? Do you mean the ash-covered part of Solstheim from the Dragonborn DLC?
It's not sand that's covering the southern part of the island, it's ash from the eruptions of the nearby volcano, Red Mountain, on the island of Vvardenfell.

That's volcanic tundra, not desert. But if they ever do Elsweyr, that's where the desert is. With giant sandworms, i hope. Have to respect the classics

I think if theres giant frostbite spiders, why not scorpions. Thats what i want most of all lol.

It's not a desert so those animals won't make sense there. Except maybe the rock monsters I guess.

There is no desert in Skyrim. The closest desert country would be over the border in Hammerfell.

With the next DLC happening in eastern Hammerfell (or, at least, that's the most popular rumor now being propagated by some mysterious and unknown party ), you may get to see desert creatures coming up out of the eastern reaches of the Alik'r, up to the steppe country and foothills of the mountains ranging along the Hammerfell - Skyrim border.

new enemies are always welcome in my book... but again, how could anyone possibly think theres a desert...in Skyrim???
