Earlier today I started the "Lost to the ages" quest and I found 3 of the 4 shards (Forgot the exact order after the first initial one), and I'm on the final shard in the Deep Folk Crossing which for some reason doesn't appear. I've checked on various websites, and youtube incase there was some puzzle that needed to be solved first; which they showed the shard should be there waiting. I did some more deeper searching incase there was something quest related I may have missed, nothing as of yet. So far here's what I've tried:

-At time of posting I'm 14 MB in my game save with 203 hours
-Also at time of posting I'm 84% on trophies (4 left to platinum excluding the DLC trophies)
-I tried reverting a save before I had to get the other shards and it still doesn't appear
-I have completed the main storyline, I also completed Dragonborn (first) and Dawnguard (second)
-Restarted the game, then the console
-In game waited between night and day (incase it's some sort of texture issue)
-Currently have Serana as a follower
-Have tried reading the journal multiple times
-Tried traveling between different locations

I checked on these forums before posting this, and so far it seems no one else has this issue or at least haven't posted it yet. If anyone has something I haven't tried yet, or if Bethesda is still in the process of adding to the 1.9 patch, please at least research this one as well. Thank you.

When you're at the pedestal where it appears try hovering the cursor everywhere nearby to see if the option to take it appears. I had something like this happen with a different quest with some pages to a book. I looked and looked and looked and then lucked out when I suddenly saw the option to take it appeared. You couldn't physically see it but it was there for the taking.
