I have a question about using Necromage while enchanting...if you enchant your gear as a necromage to boost your enchantments, then remove your vampirism, do the enchantment effects remain as high or do the necromage benefits apply in real time?

The benefits should remain until you remove your gear. Doing so will lose any additional benefits from Necromage.
