Did Psycho die at the end of Crysis 3

Post » Mon Mar 11, 2013 7:47 am

Hi guys, I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one who is wondering if Psycho died at the end of Crysis 3, because we saw him trapped in the VTOL and Prophet trying to save him but just before he could he got svcked up. So my question is did he die?

Also at the end we see Prophet out of the suit and in some shack on some island.Just before the credits start rolling he is on the beach and begins walking back to the shack, just then he suddenly cloaks. Does this mean that the suit has rebuilt him from whatever was left of the rotting Alcatraz into a living, breathing human version of the suit that you cannot put on? Also was the island he was on Lingshan by any chance?

Please somebody help me out I'm a bit confused.

I think they just left it like that for us to assume he died. That way if the game sales as much as they expected, make a sequel. Thats what I took from it he was one with the suit and once it was removed it was apart of him.

No Psycho didnt die. If you actually didnt skip the credits, at the end of it, a scene will show where Cell operators are transporting the board of directors of Cell to a room after being pursued by an unknown person. In the room now, the Cell operators are struck down by a pistol, after which it is revealed that it was Psycho chasing them all along. He sits in a chair with his pistol saying he wants to file a complaint showing that he somehow escaped the VTOL.

"As the neural blocks now removed from the Nanosuit to destroy the Alpha Ceph, the nanites in the suit can rearrange to anything unimaginable, making the nanosuit more symbiotic than ever before. It changes it's outer layer as a human body and restores original face of Prophet, thus technically ressurecting him" and he uses "Laurence Barnes" as his name from the soldier before Alcatraz. Wikipedia puts it in a more structured way but thats it as far as the explanation goes lol.

Yes thats Lingshan, the island prophet woke up in.

Just got another reply, turns out he didn't, but the thought of Crysis 4 is epic. If they make one I hope it's on ps3 and not just ps4.
