I think we need someone based off of Bill Brasky as an extremely powerful bandit leader.
Throughout the dungeon you would hear from the other bandits about the various feats of Bill Brasky, and stuff like that. He would be a vampire, in a coffin, when you approach.
This is a very vivid thing in my head.
