So in pretty much all of my playthroughs I kill the van graffs and steal all their stuff to sell for a nice amount of caps but recently I started to get into energy weapons (I originally used guns) and I can't find a decent place to buy energy weapons and ammo for them. did I screw up my only chance to get decent energy weapons?
