I was doing a quest in Morthal for the first time talking to someone when I hear a dragon fly overhead. I quickly exited the conversation and saw that it was a Blood Dragon. I can handle that, so I ran to the other side of town to get up on the rocks to be close enough to Dragonrend him. Then a Master Vampire and Death Hound ambush me on that path.

Huh, alright. This will be a bit more tricky, but doable. Then I hear, "We're here to teach you a lesson." from behind me and suddenly had Hired Thugs after me. Then I see that bloody Courier running up to me like he always does at the worst of times but I had already died before I could get what he wanted for me. Probably trying to give me that "Letter from a Friend" note.
