Basically, since I've gone to Solstheim and learnt the last 2 words to the Bend Will shout (but haven't unlocked them) I can't get Dragon Souls, in either Solstheim OR Skyrim.

I've defeated about 6 dragons now and every SINGLE time, Miraak appears and steals the soul! How on earth can I learn the shout, or steal the souls from him?

Any advice?
