So... my PC is old and i think it's time for upgrade, but i'm not good at this stuff and don't know what i should buy
to play Skyrim and other actual games on Medium. at least... i can't even run o low.

CPU: Pentium? Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70 GHz
RAM: 3.1 GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate Edition 64-bit
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD4300/HD4500 series

What should i buy to play better?

I really wanted to play Skyrim, and after the news about Fallout 4, i just need to upgrade my pc
