Hi, recently I bought an Xbox 360 that came with a Forza Motorsports 4 disc and and a redeem code for the full Skyrim game. Unlike the Free Month Gold Trial card, the Skyrim code came with a silver sticker on top of the code that I had to remove. Unfortunately, despite being careful with the sticker, it came out with some paper at the very end, thus I now have 19 of the 25 digits from the code thus preventing me from redeeming the code and downloading the game. Is there any way I can get a replacement? I still have the paper with the code (or what is left of it) and the sticker. Right now I'm living outside the United States and I doubt I can get any sort of immediate support from where I am.

I posted this in the official Xbox.com forums and I was suggested by an ambassador to contact the makers of the game (Bethesda) so I'm guessing this would be the proper way to contact them. I'd really appreciate your help.
