my game was running very well
no stutters
I even tested by running around with 200% boost to running speed around the world
everything ran smoothly
then when I started dragon born went to solstheim
my game started getting annoying stutters:/

Try lowering or turning off AA. I haven't been able to notice any visual difference with it on or off, but the performance gains are huge when it's off.
