How Can This Be?

Considering that it hits stores the 6th.

The magazine does not hit stores on the 6th. The cover will be revealed on the 6th, and the magazine will not be shipped before then. You probably won't see it in stores for another 5-8 days after the 6th, though some subscribers may start getting their copies within 2-5 days of the cover reveal, so if you're eager for the information rather than the magazine itself, you won't have to wait more than a couple days after the reveal on the 6th.

The cover will be revealed this Thursday, and with a bit of luck, a few people may have the magazine in hand by Friday/Saturday. Most subscribers will probably get their copy next week though, and it should hit shelves around the end of next week, roughly a week after the reveal.

Blame GI for paying Bethesda $$$ to keep the game a secrete and how they cant reveal anything until the magazine gets released.

Haven't made it past the first page, so if this was already answered, I apologize. Anyways, many of us have "suspected"(not actually known for a fact) that TES:V was going to be based in Skyrim due to the fact that Zenimax/Bethesda Softworks copyrighted the name "Skyrim" and several other Skyrim related names. I remember reading that at least 2 years or so ago, might even have been longer.

nobody knew for sure but there was a LOT of rumors of it. after a while i just assumed they were true.

I was in the Speculation thread (it's how I started posting). There was an interview where Todd said that we were all really patient, or something along those lines - so it was Elder Scrolls or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IHRA_Drag_Racing#IHRA_Drag_Racing :PAnd we thought (not knew) it was Skyrim because of the copyrights taken by Bethesda. The copyrights of 'Skyrim'.No but there's only 4 days to go! :D

Thx, once you look at how they copyright things, It starts to spell it out. Hopefully Valenwood will be copyrighted soon after Skyrim release. :D

I dunno, in a store? Just read it and don't buy it.
