Silently harm enemies by placing poisons in their pockets

I got the perk and took up Alchemy to try it out fully.

When I put Lingering Damage Health Poison in someone's pocket and they die, I end up getting the blame for the death even though I wasn't caught reverse pickpocketing them the poison.

Seems like a useless perk if I can't kill someone in plain sight using poison without getting caught.

There are many useless perks.

Put a frenzy or paralysis poison on someone's pocket and have fun. Surely I do.
