I've noticed that once I receive new dog tags and weapons/attachments that there is a star beside player profile and customize load outs and when viewed, the star doesn't go away afterwards.

This had lead to some confusion on my part for the weapons/attachments since I've looked at pretty much all I've unlocked and still no disappearance of that star, so maybe I am missing something? Kinda hard to know since there isn't a way to view the weapons/attachments you have unlocked, maybe Crytek should take a pointer from the Battlefield 3 website where they show when you unlocked each weapon and attachment which will allow me and other users to view what they have unlocked to make that star notification go away.

As for the dogtags, after they are viewed that little star doesn't go away. As well, they keep disappearing on me whenever I shut the game off and come back to it later but I am aware that there is a patch to fix that coming shortly, I think.

Anyone else having this issue? If so maybe we could try to get it noticed so it can be fixed cause it sure is an annoyance.

While I agree that it is an annoyance when this happens, that's all it is. There are more important and pressing matters at hand, here.
