I just installed Oblivion via Steam on my new laptop, and can run the game on Ultra thankfully. I notice that the ground textures are PRETTY horrendous. Any good mods for this?

Also, the UI is so clunky to use with my mouse, it feels like it was designed for an Xbox controller. Are there any mods to make it more PC friendly?
