From what I understand you have to be on the vampire side of the Dawnguard dlc to get the quest from a certain npc.

Does your wife's facial features change like the Volk vampires and does she get glowing eyes?

The wiki also mentioned that you are able to turn your wife into a vampire by feeding on her normally, does this mean that I wouldn't even need to join the Volk vampires to turn her?

How do you know when she has been infected with the disease, does a message pop up and tell you?

Do you have to wait 3 days to find out?

Does the wife ever mention anything about being a vampire?
