suggestion: alternative path to level beyond the "maxed&

When a skill is maxed (100) How about let the skill level follow the same progression a perk level from 99 to 100 so the character level would still increase?

The skill would not get anymore levels beyond since the game is balanced around those hidden stats.

Im not sure what are the numbers of all of those skills progressions from 99 to 100 but you get the point.

reward: players get to retain your current perk levels while levelling, perfect for those who level that requires gold resources (speech, smithing, enchanting, alchemy). That way, tasking with a maxed level skill is not wasteful.

risk: levelling is harder since it follows the path of almost maxed out skill.

but if players want faster character level, the player goes to the "Legendary" path.

thoughts?

no, as that way one will basically be forced to level whether they want to or not.. slow, sure, but still, it would be forced, whereas legendary skills is optional, and is for everyone to choose what skill and to what extent they want to level by them.. so, no
