I have come back to the game after over a year of not playing. I deleted all my saves and started over. Downloaded the patches and the Hearthfire and the other faction (not Dragonborn).

That said, I used to not be able to see anything inside Yngol Barrow. It would turn all black with undefined glowy things. Can't tell a candle from a bug. It's completely unplayable. Sad to see that, trying this morning, after all that cleaning up and patching, and starting a completley new game (with all saves deleted) I still cannot do Yngol Barrow. Inside, same thing. Very weird.

What gives?

hmm thats strange.. have you even tried adjusting your screen brightness (both ingame and on your tv) inside the barrow?

ohh i see this is a widespread issue on the ps3 eh? my bad, thought its not, well in this case, follow the suggestion in the abovementioned link
