Today, I saw someone drop 20 c4's, both enemy and friendly (awkward) and saw them blow up nicely. However, I find that hackers are very annoying. Why can't you look up the cheating software, see the code, then ban any1 who uses that kind of code, then, fix the loophole.

Because the hacks are compiled. You need patience and time to study the assembly, and if it's packed you need to first unpack it.
