1. Does enemy detection increase as the player levels? Meaning, do higher level enemies have a better chance of detecting you, given the same skills and perks?


2. Regarding the perks Silent Roll and Silence. Is it best to wait until you can get Silence before getting Silent Roll (2 perks spent at the same time, that is)? Silent Roll requires sneak "running", which makes you easier to detect, while Silence negates this penalty. Even though the roll is silent, the lead up is not, correct?
