For me it was with my Breton assassin who specialised in Conjuration so she could bound her weapons. No one would ever suspect her as an assassin as she carried no weapons. Anyway she was in training, so was carrying duel daggers and a bow. She was at a fort, can't remember which but I think she was on a lead to acquire a spell tome in bound bow. Anyway she was in the courtyard of this fort, the sun was setting and soft blanket of orange filled this warm evening. She was running on a wall as there was a conjurer or necromancer doing some sort of work. She got to the point where she was directly above him, she jumps of, lands behind and does an instant kill, throat slit. It was seamless, a work of art. After I killed him I noticed another one at the stop or a tower on the other side of the courtyard so she drew her bow and pop. Takes out the other one, he falls forward off the tower and lands on a shack. All that was missing with it blowing apart as he landed. Amazing.
