...for a newly bloom thieves guild to locate themself under sewage system all the time, i mean after becoming the guild master the guild suppose to have millions of septims by this point, cant they just get themselfs a secret mansion somewhere? it feels like the condition of the guild didnt improve much at all, still dark and gloomy

Give them time to rebuild, they've been living in years of bad luck without the funds to do much so renovations and such will take time.

by the end it has being said they are literually filled with contracts and has to turn away customers, gold is falling from sky, endless amount of coin. which makes me thinking that they are already developed to the point of a proper thieves guild *may be better* yet the environment just doesnt convience me, i wish they can at least give us an underground city looking

oh god that reminds me about vekel the man, while EVERYONE in the guild is happy about the new situation and cheerful about new guild master and income, he still sit in his counter complain about guild's bad luck. i have decided, for role play purpose to name him vekel the mad, someone who is so happy about the change in thieves guild that he lost his mind =.=.
