It took me 2 hours of walking yesterday to try and find any Thalmor. I really wish there were some more Thalmor for my Redguard.

I normally side with the Imperials and I wish there were more Thalmor. I live to see them scream.

Your character should come visit my Skyrim. I run across a Thalmor patrol nearly every time I travel. If it keeps up, by the end of my character's journey she'll have wiped so many of those bastards off the map they'd probably have no one left to fight in the next Great War.
I just love provoking those guys.
