I was using Phenderix,Apocalypse Spell Package, Wrath of Nature and Midas. I disabled each one individual and every time the same 4-5 books appeared for every single spell vendor. After disabling Apocalypse Spell Package now none of the vendors sell any spells. I tested in Whiterun and did leave the cell and wait 5 days to see if a reset would do the trick but to no avail. I don't know what happened or if its the cause of the mod at all.
