They havn't confirmed it. And I don't think it is the last one. Becous the game is still very popular and continue to sell.
Now when the contract between Bethesda and MS is over they will most likely want to realese to all platforms (Xbox 360, PC and PS3) at the same time. And that will most likely take more time.
