In role playing sense, can a Draugr die by arrow and steel or just fire or anything else?
Cus I kinda get the feeling their like those dead things that don't hurt by steel and arrows and only fire can kill them?
When you role play, how do you deal with that?

Decapitating the undead or decimating their body usually does the trick. Fire is handy, but Rick and Daryl from the Walking Dead bash, stab, behead, slash zombies in as many ways as possible.

Zombies aren't some immortal entity and are still subject to wounds of the flesh.

So you guys would say they have a brain that is somewhat functioning?

Dude...just hit them normally. That isn't RPing that's just making the game harder. Nowhere in lore does it say draughr can't be killed by normal steel.
