I am running windows 7.,installed Fallout 3 Game of the year addition with all add on's included.

I read my read me file, installed the add on's like they said, checked the boxes in my game launcher

Game itself run's fine. The add on's however, the radio signal's don't show up, the area of the mission is filled with Red exclamation point's. Did I not do something right? They won't Launch.

Did you install it outside of the x86 Program Files? If not reinstall in a file like C:\ Games and see if that helps.
