I want to make Ralof WALK to Riverwood from Helgen, instead of RUNNING.

1. How do I find his package for this particular behavior?
2. Will his package have a flag saying "always run", that I can uncheck?

(Forgive me if these are stupid questions; I've only ever used the GECK from Fallout 3, and am very unfamiliar with the Skyrim Creation Kit.)
