So, since I'm kind of role playing in Skyrim, I don't really like to kill everyone I see unless them being alive won't allow me to complete my objective. I usually sneak by if I'm supposed to get something from a cave and kill anyone who I really have to in order to finish. So, a "Soldier" just told me I have to pay a fine, so I did. Then, when he turned around, I stole his gold. Poor orc didn't see it coming.
