quick question about the legendary skills in update 1.9. so i get that, after the update, once you hit 100 in a skill, you can "legendary" that skill, which resets it to 15 and gives all your perk points back and allows you to level up further. do you then immediately get to "buy" all of the perks for that skill again, regardless of the level requirement, or do you have to wait until you reach the required level again?

and is there still an 80 perk limit, or does this allow you to get as many perks as you want?
