My proposition...
Classic game modifier
1: Removes all modules (you shouldn't need these anyway. They are just ways for people to get away with not learning a skill such as properly activating their OWN armor when they are getting shot. besides, in C1 armor was the standard mode that your suit was in unless you were in another mode already and it allowed for faster health recharge)
2: Single power bar combining Maximum speed, strength, armor, and cloak with very short delay for recharge cycle to begin.
3: Standard run is as fast as shift run is now and shift run is maximum speed. For those who started playing only C2 or C3, look at how fast you could REALLY be moving then watch your mouth go :O
4: visor would probably stay the same as it's close enough to binocs
5: Cloak shows no outlines
6: Power is activated by nanovision control as there is no nanovision. (People are gonna have to learn to use watching shadows better, this SHOULD be a gametype made for pros)
7: Either no bow, or bow brings you from cloak overloading ALL energy as any weapon in C1 would do if fired from cloak mode. (And for the love of god, the autoaim on the bow is UNGODLY! I know that the bow was the selling point of your game, but give me a break. That autoaim is HUUUUUUUGE!!!)
8: As it was in C1, obviously only one mode activated at a single time. (this would mean no cloaked ripping off of poles, shields, etc. You would be vulnerable and it would make you have to check yourself.
9: No air stomp.
10: Sliding i would say would be cool to leave in perhaps.
11: Crouch is toggle as of now. Add in control for hold crouch to bring to fully prone mode.
12: Standard unscoped movement when in a mode is NOT dampened.
13: No reticle. this was not in the original unless a server was moded to have no reticle, but reticles are noob devices in an age when we SHOULD have gotten away from games such as quake and non scoped weapon games. (they were fun at the time and still a bit today, but we have the technology for better now at least in THIS game. Scoping should be mandatory)
14: Slight weapon sway for snipers when not in power mode to steady their aim.
15: If possible, A DLC with larger maps that is almost made for this gametype. to be honest, this game could use larger maps anyway. they seem so constricted. I find myself spawning nearly on top of the enemy team quite often or at least in the LoS of them where I have little time to react. :/
Anyway, for those of you who are original Crysis fans and played Crysis and/or Crysis Wars back in its hay-day, please comment here with additional thoughts for this mode if you see I have forgotten an aspect of the gameplay. Forgive me, it has been a while since I have played CWars and I may have forgotten some aspects of the standard gameplay. I would LIKE to make this idea become a reality so please support if you do and leave as many comments as possible if you see I missed anything. I will be putting up a poll for this as well and linking to this topic.
