[unskilled module] Point fire enhance

Post » Sat Mar 16, 2013 8:55 am

I notice that a lot of people, who are not bots, in this game are able to kill me easily with Point Fire Enhance from good distances. This is insanely noob. Point fire enhance should NOT have this sort of effectiveness at distance. The purpose of point fire enhance I would think would be to give you an efective range for close quarters. To be honest, the whole module is quite noobly made as it is. to better establish what the range SHOULD be on this module, I would say the user's reticle should be null. People running around at full speed with maneuverability ad auto-noobarmor on wiping out others no matter the distance is ridiculous.

Yeah sonny I remember back in the old days when you had to toggle everything yourself and the speed of running normally is what the speed of running with maneuverability on was. Those were the good days. And the youngsters didn't have a separate power bar for strength so they didn't jump around every time they landed like little fairies. They power jumped ONLY when they needed to or they stood and battled it out on the ground using a mixture of superspeed, powerpunch, and armor.

lol
But seriously Crytec, stop pandering to the noobs with your modules and such, making things easier for them. Make them learn that the days of the reticle are over except for noob COD and that one must learn to deal with a .3 second delay for scoping or they will come out with nothing.

And another person who can't deal with the game screams for NERF!

Soon we'll be throwing tennis balls at each other. I think its hilarious that people who are obvious noobs getting their buts kicked call the other people who are kicking their buts noobs. Maybe you guys should take a look in the mirror.

Dying game is Dying.

Personally, If I were you Crytek, I would set everything back to what it was in the beginning, and let the noobs scream all they want. You'll have more players than now. You had it right the first time.

An obvious person who has never played original Crysis right here.
First off, of late, I have been averaging 2/1 KDR or better. My frustration only lies in the fact that the game in-and-of itself is completely turned to noob garbage made for noob players who are good at "arcade" FPS, in other words, CoD where people can get "modules" to account for their shortcomings in games rather than actually having to fix those shortcomings with practice. In this game's case, practice doesn't make perfect, having ever played ANY shooter makes perfect.
This isn't screaming for a nerf, this is someone screaming at Crytec for "selling out" to try and compete with CoD when they should have just stuck to their old gameplay style where ACTUAL survival and deception tactics were needed to win. They have gone and nearly copied CoD with the "suit reboot" (I guess the word prestige was patented by CoD) classes, skins, etc etc. Don't even get me STARTED on the spears gametype. That's all this game has turned into is a CoD clone. Here is an actual successful game CREATOR who would probably agree with everything I am saying too.

PS. You're right. they did have it right the first time. The first time they created a Crysis title, the gameplay WAS right now wasn't it.
